All means exactly that, ALL, no exceptions. We have all sinned. Sin brings separation from God.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
There is a penalty for sin that we are not able to pay ourselves.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
Out of love for us God sent His Son, Jesus, to die for our sins and pay the penalty.
But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Repentance is necessary for Salvation it involves turning away from one's self and toward God. We must confess and turn from our sin and earnestly call upon Jesus to save us.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation… Romans 10:9-10
Jesus is the ONLY way to Salvation. We must call upon Him in faith and honesty and he will honor His promise to us.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6
Jesus loves each and everyone and wants us to be saved, we must repent and call on Him to save us. Jesus came not to judge but to save.
And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. John 12:47
